Well first of all.. this game was made by the game company "Troika", they have closed down now though...

So.. first things first.. Welcome to my blog lol =/

Troika has made other games, notably one of the Famous one is " Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines. Among others are, The Temple of Elemental Evil.
Quote from wikipedia "

Troika games

In 1997 Tim Cain, Leonard Boyarsky and Jason D. Anderson were working on the Fallout sequel at Interplay. Finishing the initial design for Fallout 2, they were unable to come to an agreement with Interplay about the future team structure. They decide to leave Interplay to form a company that felt more like the old Interplay, producing computer role-playing games for PC in 1997. They formed their company on 1. April 1998, calling their new company Troika Games (a Russian word meaning "three of any kind"), since they were the three key Designers/Artists/Coders behind the critical acclaimed Fallout. They initially planed to do games exclusively for one publisher (Sierra Entertainment), but every game was published by a different company. [1]

After disappointing sales on Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines and unable to find a publisher for their post apocalyptic crpg they had to laid off their staff in late 2004 and closed its doors on 28.February 2005"

And here's a lil something bout Arcanum ...
"

Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura (aka Arcanum) is a computer role-playing game. Developed by Troika Games and published by Sierra Entertainment, it was released in August 2001. It is played in isometric perspective and takes a steampunk-high fantasy setting. The player's main objective is the completion of a central quest, which may be aided by a party.

Debuting at fourth position on NPD Intelect's best-seller list,[2] 234,000 copies of Arcanum have since been sold,[3] with takings of $8.8 million.[4] It was Troika's best-selling title.

Critical response to the game could best be summed up as "flawed, but still very good", with IGN scoring it 8.7[5] and conferring the IGN Editors' Choice Award on 24 August 2001. PC Gamer and GameZone awarded Arcanum 90 out of 100,[6] with the latter also conferring its Editors' Choice accolade. The Electric Playground awarded the game 9 out of 10, calling it "the most diverse and open-ended RPG to date.""

My score
Graphics: It's a 2001 title so I give it a 7
Gameplay: 9
Sound/Music:10 (beautiful soundtrack)
Replayability: Dont know yet xD Just recently played the game.. not that far yet =/
